Star Wars: The Clone Wars

Hockey Game

Heather and I are huge Hockey fans!

One of Heather's co-workers is a season ticket holder for the Utah Grizzlies, and let us have a pair of tickets he didn't use.

We took them and turned them in for tickets for the game on Saturday, 16 February. We were able to get tickets on the third row from the ice!

It was a huge amount of fun, and a great way to celebrate Heather's birthday!

It was amazing to be so close to the glass and see just how hard the players acutally hit the glass. It doesn't seem so loud when you are not as close or when you see a game on TV, but it certainly made a few people around us jump when people would crash into the boards!

Near the end of the game, there was a huge fight. Most of the players on the ice got invloved and play was stopped for several minutes. It took several minutes to clean up all of the helmets, gloves, and sticks.

Nick's Family

This is Nick's Family. His sister was in town for Christmas last year, so it was the perfect opportunity to get these done.

I am oldest in my family, having two brothers and one sister.

My sister is the only other one married, and as a daughter and step-son.

Heather's Family

This is my family! I am the 5th child of six.

My parents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversay in February of 2007. The whole family, except my oldests sisters childeren, that April to have a huge party for them.

It was great to see all my parent's friends at their party. Most of them were like parents to me when I was little.

This is not the best picture of Nick and I, but the photographer didn't take additional shots. GRRRR! Good thing that Nick's cousin takes pictures.

Hi! My name is Heather, and this is my Husband Nick. We are in the process of adopting, and wanted a place to share more information about us and our family.

When we decided started putting together our paperwork to start the adoption process, we asked Nick's cousin to take our pictures. We went to their Grandparents home and took some great pictures! Thanks to Lisa for all she has done for us.
